Special Statement on “Diversity” and “Equity”

We have seen with great distress the recent trend towards “Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion” as well as propagation of the “ESG” governance philosophy. And been equally distressed that major corporations are not speaking out against this threat to humanity.

Make no mistake. The movement towards “Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion” and/or “ESG” wokeness is simply good old fashioned racism and bigotry. Period. Dressed up in a philosophical tux as it were.

ANY policy designed to favor a so-called ‘protected’ group or do things in the name of a ‘protected’ group is simple discrimination. There is NO class or group of people which carries more or less favor than any other. We are ALL created equal. Attempting to falsely guilt people into believing that one group of Americans should enjoy any type of preferential treatment over any other is unacceptable in any form. In America, there is NO ‘systemic racism’ in present time, save those bigoted individuals attempting to propagate favor of any racial or ethnic group based on claimed sins of the past.

Here at D-J we call a spade a spade. And are remarkably candid in our positions. As such we wholly denounce any form of forced “diversity” or preferential treatment of ANYONE based on race, color, creed, or sex. We wholly denounce the ‘woke’ philosophy and wholly denounce the ESG movement in its entirety. In fact, we feel so strongly about this we’ve tasked our director of strategic planning — Mr. Peter Gahzinner — to generate a comprehensive plan to assist our clients in thwarting such attempts at racism and bigotry. We are quite proud of our employees and grateful to have such talent on staff. You can expect more in the very near future of his vision on dealing with this threat to humanity.
