We were established in 2020 as a response to feckless insanity caused by risk mitigation mismanagement. Proud graduates of the Rand Institute, our team embraces the timeless principles of Cicero, Locke, Burke, deTocqueville, and Montesquieu to provide modern day solutions which circumvent rampant herd-mentality Marxism. We understand modern day constraints while providing our Clients with a strategy by which they can mitigate and/or circumvent the impact of blind ‘compliance based’ groupthink on their operation.

Known as the “Sage of Texas,” Our Founder and Chairman is a rapier-witted savant and proud gun toting Paladin. His background is retired military with comprehensive experience in situational risk management, engineering, technology, and aviation.
Our CEO comes from an extensive aviation, legal, regulatory, and construction background.
Our COO has over 35 years experience in management, risk assessment, aviation, heavy equipment management and use, and geographical/geopolitical resources and threat evaluation.
